Cheshire East Family Hub
Cheshire East Family Hubs are friendly one-stop places (both in local centres and online) where parents and carers can access free support and services for children from birth up to 19 years (and up to 25 years for those with special educational needs and disabilities). They bring together council, health and community services so families can easily find advice on early years, school-age support, health and wellbeing, youth services, SEND guidance and practical help around things like finance and housing — all in one place when you need it. Stay and Play
In conjunction with Family Hubs, we offer a weekly stay and play session at Cledford for parents and carers of children aged 0 – 4. Join us on Wednesdays 9.30am -10.45am.
Cledford also host other Family hubs session such as their HENRY programme, Weaning groups and a SEND market place. Please contact a family hub for more info or enquire via our school office.
