Roman Shields

Over the Easter holidays, Year 3 were set an exciting challenge - to design and create their very own Roman shield. The response was incredible! Each child approached the project with enthusiasm and creativity, producing a fantastic variety of bold, colourful, and historically inspired designs. It was clear just how much thought, effort, and pride went into each shield. From carefully crafted symbols to imaginative use of materials, the children truly brought their learning to life. The Year 3 team are extremely proud of their hard work, dedication, and the fantastic results they achieved. What an amazing start to our Roman topic!
