Snow Potions

Year 6 and their reception buddies had a wonderful afternoon of potion making in the snow this afternoon. Using 'Alice in Wonderland' as their inspiration, year 6 children had created a list of ingredients for their buddies to find in a scavenger hunt outdoors. Together, they mixed the ingredients to make their own magical potion. After the fun in the snow, the children enjoyed a hot chocolate and biscuit together back inside. It was a delight to see the year 6 children being incredible, kind role models to the reception children who were bursting with curiosity and enthusiasm. A magical afternoon!
