At Cledford we believe that every one of you can succeed. We think you are all special and that you all have gifts that make you unique.
The ‘3Rs’ at Cledford are Respect, Responsibility and Resilience and we expect everyone to have those values.
We want you to achieve the best you possibly can – but that means supporting each other and understanding each other’s feelings as well as being good at reading or writing or maths. We want you to be safe, confident and happy.
We will teach carefully so that everyone can do well and we’ll be thoughtful about how we speak to you and help you. We will try to have some fun every day, we’ll show you how to work together as a team and how to include everyone’s ideas.
We will only teach things that improve your learning and we’ll try to make them the things you are really interested in.

We are an inclusive school with a nurturing approach to getting the best out of everyone. Having fun is important to us, as well as teamwork and collaboration.
Our creative curriculum is based on the things that really work for our children.
