Y3 & Y4 Theseus & The Minotaur

Just before we broke up for half term, year 3/4 were reading and learning all about Theseus and The Minotaur - a Greek myth telling the story of a brave prince who fought to save the people of Athens from a terrible monster locked away in a labyrinth. Using what we had learnt, we invented our own mythical creature and hero for our own Greek myth. We had great fun developing gruesome features of our mythical creatures and loved writing about the fight between the two characters. To end off our dance sessions, some of year 3/4 learnt the dance to Thriller by Michael Jackson, including the signature moonwalk.
