Y6 Road Safety

Year 6 enjoyed a visit from Cheshire Fire and Rescue on Wednesday when we discussed the importance of road safety. We learnt about crossing the road safely, being a responsible passenger in a car and how to be prepared when riding a scooter or bike by wearing a helmet. All this advice could help to save a life.  We then practised the important 4 words: STOP, LOOK, LISTEN and THINK. We want to ensure all our pupils are safe on the roads especially as the darker nights creep in.
